Academic Council Special Committee on Transfer Issues (ACSCOTI)

The Academic Council Special Committee on Transfer Issues (ACSCOTI) was established by the Academic Council in March 2022 in accordance with Bylaw 125.B.13. Its charge is to provide Council with expertise on student transfer to UC, primarily for California Community College (CCC) students seeking entry to and success in graduating from the University.
